Why Worry About Things That Work Out Anyway?

In a large group format, participants tell the story of an event that caused them to worry (what I call Type I or Imaginary Fear), threading a long yarn throughout the group of participants as they describe the events. Then they make note of whether their fear actually came true, and if not, they reprogram their thinking around it by retracing their steps through the room and reclaiming all the time spent worrying!
